About Us
Warriors Against Cancer is a nonprofit 501c3 organization that aims to provide financial relief and peace of mind to cancer patients undergoing treatments by covering up to three months of mortgage or rent payments. The organization also offers referrals for other supportive services, safe spaces for counseling, a platform for requesting home repair materials or services, and hosts annual fundraising events. Founded by Mi’chelle L. Allen, the organization is committed to supporting cancer patients and their families by easing the burden of housing costs, allowing patients to focus on their health and healing. Warriors Against Cancer stands out for its focus on housing stability and its dedication to ensuring that no one faces the dual struggles of treatment and housing insecurity alone.
